Extreme Panic Attacks - What Are They?
Extreme panic attacks can make you feel crazy. I will give you my own personal example. Panic attack takes on a whole new meaning when one's life becomes completely consumed because of the panic attacks themselves, thus the name "extreme panic attacks."
The Perfect example of one my own "crazy" extreme panic attacks before I finally decided to get help, can be found below. Keep in mind, this is just one example. I lived through sixteen years of this drama on a daily basis, so did my family when they had to watch my life fall apart around me everyday and there was nothing they could do to help. I had to want the help bad enough and make the decision to get it.

Some Symptoms Of Extreme Panic Attacks
The symptoms of extreme panic attacks go beyond panic attack symptoms. These symptoms start to take over your life literally and prevent you from enjoying the simplest of daily activities. Some symptoms to look for of extreme panic attacks are:
1) Extreme Irritability
2) Loss of interest in household chores and routines.
3) Fear of driving (preventing any chance of therapy)
4) Loss of interest in social activities.
5) Depression
6) Loud noises causes irritability and added fear.
7) Fear of being alone. (No one will find you or be able to help you.)
8) Keeping emergency numbers close and/or the telephone at all times.
9) Fear of medication because of possible side affects.
10) Cannot relax enough to sleep until exhausted.
